Why DNA exists
Too many businesses are left stitching together a website, booking tool, shop, forms and reporting from suppliers who each own only one piece. DNA gives us one foundation for the customer experience and the people running it.
How I work
I favour direct conversations, honest constraints and clear ownership. If something is not ready, I will not sell it as ready. If a simpler solution is better, that is what I will recommend.
Where the work happens
I am based in Belfast and work with businesses across the UK and Ireland, in person when it helps and remotely when focused build time matters more.
