These terms explain how you may use the Tahir Tech website, book strategy calls, access client areas and interact with our online services.
Separate project proposals, statements of work, invoices or client agreements may apply to paid work. If there is a conflict, the signed project agreement takes priority for that project.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or misuse the website, forms, booking flows, accounts or admin systems.
Strategy calls and enquiries
Booking a strategy call or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship by itself. We may accept, decline, reschedule or cancel calls where needed.
Please provide accurate information when booking so we can prepare properly and contact you if anything changes.
Client accounts
If you are given access to a client account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Payments and third party services
Some services may use third party providers for payments, bookings, authentication, email delivery, hosting, calendars or analytics. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Any paid project, subscription or service will be governed by the agreed proposal, invoice, subscription terms or written agreement for that work.
Intellectual property
The content, design, copy, code, branding, media and materials on this website belong to Tahir Tech or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce or reuse website materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
