Hello and welcome to the Tahir Tech blog. I am Arif Tahir, the founder of the agency. While I am writing this first post to introduce myself, Tahir Tech is powered by a small, friendly, and highly skilled team dedicated to helping businesses digitise properly.

We engineer high-performance websites, AI automation, and bespoke software. But before we get into the technical details in future posts, I want to share a little bit about who we are and why we do this.

From North Belfast to Bespoke Software

I was born and raised in North Belfast, and my path into the tech industry was anything but standard. Before accumulating over a decade of experience in software, I worked in several fields, including time spent as cabin crew.

That career change was driven by one simple fact: I am completely obsessed with technology. I went on to graduate from Queen's University Belfast with a BEng in Software Engineering. Alongside leading the brilliant team here at Tahir Tech, I am also a technologist for aarontahir.com and the founder and creator of tipican.com.

Why We Built DNA

Tahir Tech exists because we genuinely want to help businesses digitise. However, if a piece of software or a website does not actually make your day-to-day operations easier, there is absolutely no point to it. Running a business is hard enough work as it is.

To ensure we deliver systems that truly remove digital bottlenecks, we had to rethink our tools. Previously, we built sites on Wix Studio. It is a fantastic platform with a brilliant community, but as we grew, we wanted total control over performance.

That is why our team built DNA. It is our very own proprietary platform designed to replace off-the-shelf builders. Because we write every single line of code, there are zero limits to what we can create for you.

Right now, there is a lot of fear surrounding Artificial Intelligence and what it means for jobs. But history shows us that massive shifts, like the Industrial Revolution, always bring a wealth of new opportunities.
