RMErecruit

A focused recruitment site built around strategic hiring, employer trust, candidate stories and clear consultation enquiries.

The brief

Make the offer easier to understand and give the right visitor a clear next action.

Information architecture, responsive design, customer journeys and the relevant DNA capabilities were shaped as one system.

The project stays on a maintained platform so content, search and operational workflows can keep improving without another rebuild.
