The Warren Group

A hospitality platform showcasing boutique stays and dining destinations with clearer booking journeys across multiple Belfast locations.

The brief

Make the offer easier to understand and give the right visitor a clear next action.

Information architecture, responsive design, customer journeys and the relevant DNA capabilities were shaped as one system.

The project stays on a maintained platform so content, search and operational workflows can keep improving without another rebuild.
